Also known as the PRA, the collapse of the Russia Federation in the early 2000 led to several former Soviet states move in and take control of the failing state, partly for political reasons, but also as due to serious concerns over the county's nuclear stockpiles. This resulted in the Polish-Russian alliance, a federation of states who have pooled their resources to promote their common goals in space.
