Wanderers were the left over of evolved creatures from earth that had been running from Chronus for ages. Those wanderers on Theta Boo are the ones that aided the Starlight in defeating Chronus, who were somehow transported into the single timeline, and found the "blue and Green heaven" they'd been looking for.
