Must Provide the following inputs:

name - Must be unique or you will overwrite another talent. Can determing if a talent exists by using Template:Talent

tier - Must be 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5

activation - Passive, Active (Incidental), Active (Action), Active (Maneuver), Active (Incidental, Out-of-Turn)

ranked - Yes or No

text - Description of the the talent. can inlcude Dice

source - Can be provided multiple times. Values: Talent Source

is_magic - If it's a magic related talent (Yes) or not (No)

is_active - If the talent is active for this game (Yes/No)

setting - Can be provided multiple times, values: All (by itself), Fantasy, Steampunk, Weird War, Modern Day, Science Fiction, or Space Opera
